Brookline Infant Toddler Center (BITC, pronounced Bit-see) is a private, non-profit year-round childcare center for children ages 3 months to kindergarten entry. We take pride in having worked in partnership with parents for over 45 years in providing a nurturing, developmentally sound program for young children.

Our success in providing a quality program is demonstrated by the majority of our families who remain with us throughout the preschool years, and by the professional quality and stability of our staff.
