Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year. There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee that is waived for families eligible for financial aid. We would be delighted to schedule a tour and/or mail you an information packet, which includes an application form. Please call us to request either one. Every family being offered an opening in the Center is asked to visit the program and spend time observing in the classroom and talking to staff before enrolling. Each child visits before enrolling so that staff and parents can be sure the program can meet his or her needs. Most children enter the program in September, although families on the waiting list are offered spaces as they become available.

Before beginning at BITC, parents are asked to meet with their child's teachers in an Intake Meeting. This meeting is designed to share information about your child and family and about the classroom and Center. This information will assist you and our staff in helping your child to make a successful transition into the program. Each child visits the classroom before his or her first day in order to become familiar with the setting.
