Room
A maximum of seven 3 month to 15 month old children are cared for by three full time lead teachers and one teaching assistant.
For 11 months to 15 months, this room holds a group of up to five children with two full time lead teachers.
Toddler 1 Room
15 month to 20 months enjoy being in a group that has a maximum of nine children with three full time teachers.
This group consists of up to nine 20 month to 2.5-year-olds with three full time teachers.
Toddler 2 Room
Three’s Room
So called because children will celebrate their 3rd birthday in the course of the year. At BITC we keep the children in smaller groups longer. This classroom for 2.6- to 3.6-year-olds cares for a group of no more than fifteen children with three full time teachers.
Preschool 1 Room
There are up to eighteen children with three full time lead teachers in this classroom for 3.6- to 4.6-year-olds.
Preschool 2 Room
This classroom focuses on finalizing kindergarten readiness skills and continues to support the children's social and emotional well-being. There is a maximum of eighteen children with a team of three full time lead teachers. Children are placed in this classroom from 4.5 to 5.5 years old, or until kindergarten entry.
BITC is fortunate to have an expansive outdoor space. We have two play yards equipped with brand new age-appropriate play structures.
Our infant/toddler yard has swings, a manual merry-go-round and climbing structure.
Our preschool yard is a larger space with swings, climbing structure and a bouncing jeep.
Both yards also have play houses, push cars and new sandboxes
Sensory Room
The sensory room is a therapeutic space with a variety of sensory toys that provides children with a space to calm and focus themselves so they can be better prepared for learning and interacting with others.
